This is monitored through our internal control process. The cultivation of GMO corn and rice is not permitted in Europe, and we naturally comply with legal requirements. GMO contents above 0.9% must be declared in the list of ingredients. GMO contents below 0.1% are considered undetectable.
The freshness sticker is a small adhesive label attached to the packaging. Oxygen leads to oxidation and is a primary reason for the deterioration of food. The freshness sticker absorbs the oxygen contained in the residual air in the package, thereby naturally prolonging the shelf life of the product and keeping it fresh longer. In this way, our bread tastes freshly baked even without artificial preservatives.
