Tomato and olive rolls


Tasty and light, these rolls are ideal both as appetisers for parties and for a quick snack!


1 packet Baguette
10 pitted black olives
10 green olives
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp oregano
2-3 tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste


  • Cut the mini baguettes into slices and bake these in the oven at 200° (400°F)  (Gas Mark 6) for around 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Rub with garlic and season with oil, salt and oregano, then add the pieces of sliced tomatoes and the de-seeded, sliced olives.
