Tomato and olive rolls
Tasty and light, these rolls are ideal both as appetisers for parties and for a quick snack!
|10||pitted black olives|
|3 tbsp||olive oil|
|salt to taste|
- Cut the mini baguettes into slices and bake these in the oven at 200° (400°F) (Gas Mark 6) for around 5 to 6 minutes.
- Rub with garlic and season with oil, salt and oregano, then add the pieces of sliced tomatoes and the de-seeded, sliced olives.
