Cracker Sandwich with Almonds
No need for cooking with these delicious, easy-to-make mini sandwiches. Look out, they will disappear quickly!
|60 g||fresh cream cheese|
|60 g||mascarpone cheese|
|to taste||salt and pepper|
|almonds, granulated and toasted|
- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the cream cheese, adding salt and pepper to flavour.
- Generously spread the cream mixture onto a cracker and join two Saltì together to make a sandwich.
- Pass the edges of the cracker sandwich through a bowl with the granulated almonds. Garnish with chives.
- Leave the sandwiches to sit in the refrigerator for an hour or so before serving.
