Avocado Mash Up


A delicious vegan sandwich filling to go perfectly with our Deli Style Seeded.


2 slices Deli Style Seeded
1 avocado
juice of one lemon
juice of one lime
to taste red chili flakes, crushed
1 pinch/es of salt and pepper
to taste black olive tapenade
1 small red onion
1 handful chives


  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and then scope out the flesh and place in a bowl.
  • Add lemon juice, salt pepper and chilli flakes, and mash together using a fork.
  • Slice the red onion and chives.
  • Lie your bread on the bread board and put a spoon of tapenade and spread on each slice, follow this with a spoonful of avocado.
  • Top with slices of red onion and sprinkle of chives.
