Perfect as a starter or with an aperitif, this Snackers treat will make a great impression at a party or at any celebration. A cream cheese garnish and tasty salmon make for an inviting presentation and sophisticated taste: try it for yourself!

Ingredients

1 package
250 g
young cheese
150 g
unsweetened yoghurt
a little bit of
dill
or
a little bit of
parsley
a little bit of
salt
a little bit of
pepper
a little bit of
lemon juice
100 g
smoked salmon

Preparation

  • Chop the aromatic herbs.
  • Mix the fresh cream cheese with the yoghurt and the lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Season the cheese with the chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Spread the cream on the Snackers and top with a slice of smoked salmon.
  • Garnish with a little dill and a parsley.  

Suggestion: horseradish is perfect with the smoked salmon. If you like, you could add a little horseradish cream to the fresh cheese.
