Are Schär products halal certified?

We do not have any certificate for halal. All ingredients can be found in the ingredients list.

You would find alcohol in the list of ingredients if it was in the product, namely if in the ingredient list is not mentioned Ethyl alcohol, the product does not contain Ethanol. Please always check the ingredients also on the product's packaging given that recipes may change.
