Our pizza

Delicious, melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella cheese, made from alpine milk, imparts a very special taste to our pizzas.
And the best thing about it? It’s still lactose-free!

This is where the passion for traditional Italian pizza comes into play. Fleshy, red tomatoes form the basis for our tempting, velvety sauce.

To do justice to our pizzas, we have used the green gold of Italian cooking: extra virgin olive oil, something extra that enriches everything.

Selected grilled vegetables, smoked salami, boiled ham and mushrooms – these are our gourmet varieties, which will satisfy the most discerning palates. We know the pizza is good, but if it’s topped with tasty ingredients, it’s even better.
