1. Peanut Butter Snowballs

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2/3 cup crushed Schär Gluten Free Honeygrams
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • Holiday sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the powdered sugar, peanut butter, butter, graham cracker crumbs, maple syrup, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients well using a hand mixer until smooth and well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls by hand and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Combine the white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Heat in 15-second intervals until melted then stir smooth.
  7. Dip the peanut butter balls in white chocolate then place on a cooling rack.

  • 2 ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions:

  • 1 loaf Schär Gluten Free Artisan Baker White Bread
  • 2/3 cup sugar (extra for dusting)

  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ¼ to ½ cup seedless raisins

Instructions:

  1. Slice the bread into 1-inch cubes and spread them on a baking tray to dry out overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325 and lightly grease a medium baking dish.
  3. Whisk together 2/3 cup sugar with the eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, salt, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
  4. Add the milk and cream then whisk until well combined.

  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Fill a large pot with about 3 inches of water and bring to a simmer.

Instructions:

Instructions:

  1. Combine the butter, sugar, and salt in a large saucepan and heat over medium heat.
  2. Let the butter melt then allow it to come to a boil.

  • 1 to 2 boxes Schär Gluten Free Ladyfingers
  • ¼ to ½ cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding
  • 8 ounces whipped cream topping
  • 1 ounce semisweet baking chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Arrange Schär Gluten Free Ladyfingers on the bottom and around the rim of a deep pie plate.
  2. Drizzle with a few tablespoons of coffee then set aside.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl with a hand mixer until creamy.
  4. Add the milk a little at a time while beating then beat in the pudding mix.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream then spread half the mixture into the pie plate.
  6. Grate chocolate over the top and add another layer of ladyfingers.
  7. Drizzle with the remaining coffee and repeat the layers until you use everything up.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set before serving.

8. Santa Hat Cheesecake Bites

No one can say no to creamy, delicious cheesecake but if you’re looking for something a little less labor-intensive and single serve, these Santa hat cheesecake bites are a perfect fit.

  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup eggnog (or milk)
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • Whipped cream
  • 12 hulled strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Place the Schär Gluten Free Honeygrams in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
  3. Transfer the crumbs to a bowl and stir in the melted butter and sugar.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the mini muffin cups and press down firmly then bake 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce the oven temperature to 325.
  6. Beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  7. While the mixer is running on low, add the eggnog, flour, vanilla, and salt.
  8. Gradually increase the speed and beat until smooth.
  9. Beat in the egg until smooth and well combined.
  10. Spoon the cheesecake into the prepared crusts and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until set.
  11. Cool the cheesecakes to room temperature then chill overnight.
  12. Remove the cheesecakes from the pan and top them with whipped cream.
  13. Top each cheesecake with an upside-down strawberry as the Santa hat.
  14. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve.
