Crackers Seasoned Three Ways

This fuss-free, Gluten Free recipe is the perfect, simple, and salty appetizer for your next dinner party. Top them however you choose, or serve them up plain.

Ingredients

For the Garlic Rosemary Seasoned Crackers:
1 package Table Crackers
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
For the Parmesan Seasoned Crackers:
1 package Table Crackers
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
For the Spicy Seasoned Crackers:
1 package Table Crackers
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp (crushed) red pepper flakes

Preparation

  • Put the package of Table Crackers in a large, plastic, airtight container with the crackers upright, like toast in a toaster.
  • This will allow the oil seasoning to run down and coat the individual crackers.
  • Choose one of the three cracker seasonings above: Garlic Rosemary, Parmesan, or Spicy.
  • Put the olive oil and remaining ingredients for that seasoning in a blender. Blend for 1 minute.
  • Drizzle the oil mixture over the crackers.
  • Put the lid on the container and gently flip it upside-down.
  • Wait five minutes and flip it rightside-up.
  • Flip every five minutes for twenty minutes in total.
  • At the end of twenty minutes, transfer the crackers to the new container. Stack them upright again to allow excess oil to drain off. Leave the lid off for six hours to dry.
  • Eat by themselves or with a topping of your choosing!
