    For some time I have been baking bread Mix it Dunkel but every time the three sides except the top of the bread after greening are greenish. Only the crust. It is most like mold.

    We bake all our own bread every day 13 years to satisfaction with the bread maker.
    All we can convince with this bread this is a super bread and gluten free!
    But recently, Dab are reinvented.
    Now the bread falls apart.

    Our recipe was
    150 grams schar B
    150 grams Poensgen bread mix dark more grains
    300 ml water
    4 grams yeast
    bit of sugar
    bit of salt
    bit of oil

    We're already been experiments.
    With less water
    Psyllium add some now even though in the new flour.
    more oil
