Wheat free environment?

I have a wheat allergy and won't be consuming your items that have gluten free wheat in them (the croissants). However, I'm interested in consuming your other items that don't contain wheat, like the ciabatta's. My question is: are these items made in the same environment? Are the same tools used? Is it therefore possible that the ciabatta's are contaminated with 'gluten free wheat starch'?
