We bake all our own bread every day 13 years to satisfaction with the bread maker.
All we can convince with this bread this is a super bread and gluten free!
But recently, Dab are reinvented.
Now the bread falls apart.

Our recipe was
150 grams schar B
150 grams Poensgen bread mix dark more grains
300 ml water
4 grams yeast
bit of sugar
bit of salt
bit of oil

We're already been experiments.
With less water
Psyllium add some now even though in the new flour.
more oil
