Hello John!

Our oats are safe to eat for someone with celiacs.

Oats are naturally gluten free but it could be dangerous when they are grown near wheat or other plants that contain gluten.

Our oats are sent to us from Europe where they are grown in a controlled setting where we make sure they are not cross contaminated.

All of the produce that we put into our foods goes through extensive testing to make sure it is safe for people with celiacs to eat.

If you would like to do more reading about this, we have an article all about the oats and how we care of them here: http://www.drschaer-institute.com/uk/nutrition/oats-for-a-gluten-free-diet-2463.html

I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!
