I am sorry for the late response. How is the coupon not working for you?
We did have an issue where you were not able to put in your information but we have that fixed now.
If you are able to put in your information but are not able to print out the coupon, check your device. The coupon prints out automatically after you put in all of your information so if your device is not connected to the printer then you are not going to be able to print it out.
