Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 Schär Gluten Free Baguettes
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces sliced deli ham

Instructions:

  1. Grease a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the milk, eggs, mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Cut the baguette into slices and arrange half of them in the dish, overlapping the edges.
  4. Pour half the milk mixture over the slices then sprinkle with half the cheese.
  5. Add the slices of ham then repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour up to overnight.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 50 to 55 minutes until browned and set.
