TLT Vegan Sandwich

A delicious vegan sandwich filling to go perfectly with our Deli Style Seeded.

Ingredients:

For the Turmeric Hummus:
400 g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 tsp salt
juice of one lemon
2 tbsp tahini
2 tsp turmeric
1 clove of garlic
1 dash extra virgin olive oil
Optional:
1 pinch/es of cayenne pepper
For the Sandwich:
3 slices Deli Style Seeded
1 tomato
1 handful rocket, kale or lettuce leaves

Preparation

  • Place all of the hummus ingredients into the liquidiser and blend until creamy.
  • Rinse leaves and tomatoes, then slice tomatoes.
  • Lie your bread on the bread board and put a spoonful of hummus and spread on each slice.
  • Top with leaves and tomatoes, make into a three tier sandwich for the ultimate TLT.
