A succulent recipe, with the delicate aroma of red wine! Ready in no time!

Ingredients:

sugar
1 package
vanilla sugar
1 pinch/es of
salt
180 g
butter at room temperature
50 ml
oil
2 tbsp
cocoa powder
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 package
baking powder
125 ml
red wine
150 g
chocolate streusel
a little bit of
fat

Preparation

  • Beat the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, butter and oil until you have a frothy mix.  
  • Add the cacao powder, the flour sieved with the yeast, the red wine and the Streusel (crunchy crumbs) to the chocolate; mix until you have a smooth dough.  
  • Pour the mix into a greased springform tin and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cook in an oven pre-heated to 180°C for around 50-55 minutes (upper and lower heat, middle shelf). 
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin.   Tip out the cake onto a serving plate and decorate as desired with icing or vanilla sugar.
