- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you have a smooth batter. Let it sit for around 30 minutes.
- Melt a little butter in an anti-stick pan (13cm in diameter) then pour in a spoonful of the batter.
- Cook the pancake on one side and then the other, until golden brown. Remove it and place on a plate. Cook the other pancakes in the same way and stack them on the plate.
- Dress the warm pancakes as you like with honey, maple syrup or jam.
