A delicious smelling golden fritter; it’s best served hot and topped with honey, maple syrup or jam: a real treat!

Ingredients:

150 g
milk
250 ml
eggs

salt
1 pinch/es of
sugar
2 tb(sp)
baking powder
1/2 ts(p)
butter
a little bit of

Preparation

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you have a smooth batter. Let it sit for around 30 minutes.
  • Melt a little butter in an anti-stick pan (13cm in diameter) then pour in a spoonful of the batter. 
  • Cook the pancake on one side and then the other, until golden brown. Remove it and place on a plate. Cook the other pancakes in the same way and stack them on the plate. 
  • Dress the warm pancakes as you like with honey, maple syrup or jam.
