Parsley and lemon plaice
|3 slices||Wholesome White Loaf|
|2 tbsp||parsley, chopped|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 pinch/es of||black pepper|
|1 pinch/es of||sea salt|
- Preheat the oven 190oc/170oc Fan/ Gas Mark 5.
- Place the bread in a blender or food processor and whizz to make breadcrumbs. Add the lemon (zest and juice), parsley, olive oil and seasoning and whizz to combine.
- Wash and dry the plaice on kitchen paper and put on a greased baking sheet. Top with the breadcrumb mixture and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked.
- Serve with new potatoes and salad or green beans and a wedge of lemon.
