Ingredients:

blueberries (or other fruits)

Preparation

  • Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla-flavoured sugar and salt until light and airy.  Add the milk and oil and mix well.  
  • Mix the flour with the yeast and add it to the mix.  Add the fruit.  
  • Position the paper containers on a muffin tray, then fill with the mix.  
  • Cook in an oven pre-heated at 180°C (upper and lower heat, middle shelf) for around 20-25 minutes.  
  • Variation+R10: you can add pieces of chocolate instead of the fruit.
