Feta olive and sundried tomato spread

A full flavoured Greek inspired dip, this could also be served as part of a meze spread for the Schär Crispbread.

Ingredients:

1 packet
100 g
feta cheese
1 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
or
1 tbsp
oil from the jar of tomatoes
½ tsp
lemon juice
1
clove of garlic
25 g
sundried tomatoes
a little bit of
dried oregano
4
black olives, de-stoned

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl place all the ingredients apart from the olives. Mash with a fork until mixture is smooth.
  • Crush garlic cloves and slice the red onion.
  • Blend in the olives with a spoon, refridgerate until serving.
