Good afternoon, I make gluten/wheat free pies etc quite often. I can buy gluten/wheat free pastry mixes but not any 'hot water pastry ' products. Is a recipe available for this to make hand raised pies? Do I have to mix equal amounts of your flour with cornflour as when making Yorkshire puddings or what? Grateful for your reply - thank you Pat Popplewell.
