With all the best bits of the White and Brown Ciabattas but jam packed with seeds! They’re gluten, wheat and lactose free, high in fibre and low in saturated fat! Baked with ancient grains and sourdough for a light, easily digestible texture.

This product has been certified to be low in FODMAPs under the Monash University Low FODMAP Certification Programme.
