A recipe for kids! Flour, butter, milk, eggs and... right into the oven!

Ingredients

220 g
200 g
sugar
125 g
butter

eggs
10 g
baking powder
125 ml
milk

Preparation

  • Work the butter into a cream, add half the sugar and continue and mix for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in the egg yolks, flour, baking powder and milk and mix well.
  • Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar and add to the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 50 minutes.

Chef’s suggestion: for a marble or chocolate cake, add 2-3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to the basic mix.
