Ingredients

For garnishing:
3-4 tbsp
jam

fresh fruit

glaze

Preparation

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with an electric beater at high speed for about 5 minutes.
  • Grease the base of a mould, pour in the mixture and spread it evenly; bake in a preheated oven.
  • Once the cake is ready, let it cool and spread the surface with jam; then garnish with the fresh fruit and cover with gelatine.
