vanilla sugar

pears

Preparation

Beat the butter with the egg yolks, the sugar and the vanilla sugar into a froth. Combine the cake mix, chocolate powder and cinnamon and add them in. Beat this mixture approx. five minutes with the mixer; fold in the firmly whipped egg whites. Put 2/3 of this mixture into a baking form pan and arrange the sliced pears on top. Cover with the remaining mixture and bake the cake.
