BIO Pea Pesto Pasta
Mouthwatering pea pesto pasta is a winner!
Obviously, we recommend the use of organic ingredients.
|350 g||Schär BIO Penne Cereal|
|150 g||peas, drained and rinsed|
|40 g||pine nuts|
|1||clove of garlic|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||lemon juice|
|1 handful||fresh herbs|
- Cook the Penne in salted water for 9 min.
- In the meantime, prepare the pea pesto by placing all the remaining ingredients in a food processor.
- Blitz until smooth.
- Add the pea pesto to the drained Penne and stir well.
- Toss with fresh herbs.
