butter
or
margarine
75 ml
water

2 pinch/es of
salt

Preparation

  • Sift the flour and shape it in a mound on a work surface. Add the egg, butter, cut into cubes and salt.
  • Quickly work the ingredients until the dough is smooth, then let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  • The dough can be used as a crust for quiche and any other recipe calling fro savoury pastry.
