I recently stayed at this hotel during my first visit to Italy. From my very first meal, the staff were aware that I was Coeliac. I was met by the Head Waiter each meal time who went through the menu with me and wrote out instructions for each course. Even pasta dishes which I would never have chosen, he had made for me Gluten Free. Apart from certain deserts they would cook me anything on the menu. Even with deserts they made things for me which other people were envious of and I was made to feel that nothing was a problem. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone on a gluten free diet.
