Grand Hotel Permon offers people with gluten intolerance the chance of a nice, relaxing holiday. The kitchen team is familiar with gluten sensitivity and carefully prepares gluten-free meals. Nevertheless, it is better to inform xxx beforehand and clarify all your needs with the kitchen. The day gets off to a good start for people with coeliac disease: there is a special gluten-free breakfast. At Grand Hotel Permon, people with coeliac disease are stress-free!

We stayed in Grand hotel PERMON in June 2013. We had the breakfast buffet. Our son (10) is coeliac and he was glad that he could have the same food as we had. There was a wide variety of gluten-free food to choose: cheeses, salami, sausages, of course vegetables, fruits. The only one disadvantage we found: there was only one brand of gluten-free bread available, no gluten-free pastry rolls or baguettes. Grand hotel Permon also has a dependace PERMONIK where is a cozy restaurant with excellent food. We found at least 10 gluten-free meals on the menu. Gluten-free meals on the menu were clearly marked that they are gluten-free. We had “Liptov” sauerkraut soup with sausage (of course gluten-free) and it tasted very well.
