Can the danger of the coeliac condition be reduced by introducing foods that contain gluten into the diet of a child later?
I’ve heard that there are also people who do not have coeliac disease but nevertheless are supposed to avoid gluten. Why is that?
Sometimes I just no longer fancy gluten-free and simply eat normal food like everyone else, even if it then makes me suffer the next day. That’s not bad, is it?
