Yogurt cake


This gluten free recipe has a nostalgic flavour, like that of the simple cake grandma made. Try it!


400 g Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie
250 g sugar
3 eggs
125 g unsweetened yoghurt
70 ml canola oil
10 g baking powder
1 pinch/es of salt


  • Place the Mix C Schär and baking powder into a bowl.
  • Stirring constantly, add the yogurt, eggs, oil and salt. Grease and flour a tin using Mix C and pour the dough into it.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
  • Tip: The amount of oil is equal to half a yogurt container, and the amount of sugar equals two yogurt containers.
