This gluten free recipe has a nostalgic flavour, like that of the simple cake grandma made. Try it!
|400 g||Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie|
|125 g||unsweetened yoghurt|
|70 ml||canola oil|
|10 g||baking powder|
|1 pinch/es of||salt|
- Place the Mix C Schär and baking powder into a bowl.
- Stirring constantly, add the yogurt, eggs, oil and salt. Grease and flour a tin using Mix C and pour the dough into it.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
- Tip: The amount of oil is equal to half a yogurt container, and the amount of sugar equals two yogurt containers.
