A waffle iron and a few tasty ingredients – and we’re off!


For the dough:
125 g Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie
70 g butter at room temperature
2 eggs
100 ml milk
80 g sugar
1 pinch/es of salt
a little bit of vanilla sugar


  • Beat the butter together with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Then add the eggs and combine everything until a light, fluffy consistency forms.
  • Add the sieved flour and salt. Then pour in the milk.
  • Allow the batter to rest for approx. 10 minutes. Preheat the waffle iron.
  • As soon as the the waffle iron reaches the right temperature, pour a spoonful of the batter evenly over the mould.
  • Cook until golden brown.
