Vital feta spread

|200 g||feta cheese|
|100 g||greek yogurt|
|1 pinch/es of||salt|
- Cut the feta into small cubes and place in a small bowl with the yogurt.
- Wash the basil and shake it dry before plucking off the leaves and cutting them into small pieces.
- Trim and wash the spring onions and cut into rings.
- Add the basil and half of the spring onions to the feta and yogurt and mix well.
- Season to taste with salt. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
- Peel the cucumber and also cut into cubes.
- Spread the feta spread generously onto fresh bread, sprinkle with tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions, serve and enjoy.
