Vital feta spread


Beware! Risk of addiction! Your favourite bread crossed with an irresistible and nutritious feta spread – a perfect combination! Made from fresh, healthy ingredients, it’s delicious to enjoy with breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a snack. You’re bound to love this scrumptious spread!


8 slices Vital del Mastro Panettiere / Vital / Maestro Vital
200 g feta cheese
100 g greek yogurt
1 handful basil
3 spring onions
12 small tomatoes
¼ salad cucumber
1 pinch/es of salt


  • Cut the feta into small cubes and place in a small bowl with the yogurt.
  • Wash the basil and shake it dry before plucking off the leaves and cutting them into small pieces.
  • Trim and wash the spring onions and cut into rings.
  • Add the basil and half of the spring onions to the feta and yogurt and mix well.
  • Season to taste with salt. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
  • Peel the cucumber and also cut into cubes.
  • Spread the feta spread generously onto fresh bread, sprinkle with tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions, serve and enjoy.
