Vanilla custard


An inviting and delicious dessert, very easy to prepare!


30 g Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie
½ l milk
100 g sugar
1 vanilla pod
4 egg yolks


  • Bring the milk, sugar and vanilla pod to the boil.
  • In the meantime, beat the flour with the egg yolks and about two tablespoons of milk.
  • Pour the hot milk over the beaten egg yolks and bring everything to a boil again.
  • As soon as the cream begins to thicken, remove the vanilla pod and let it cool.
