Snowflakes with a difference – you can eat them! With white chocolate, almonds and desiccated coconut, how could they be anything but delicious?
|50 g||Fette Croccanti|
|200 g||white chocolate, lactose free|
|6 tbsp||ground almonds|
|8 tbsp||milk, lactose free|
|2 tbsp||cream, lactose free|
|80 g||butter, lactose free|
|6 tbsp||coconut flakes|
- Heat the cream in a bain marie (double boiler), add the butter, and then melt the chocolate in it. Stir well.
- Break the Fette Croccanti into crumbs, sprinkle with the milk, and mix with the almonds and the chocolate mixture that has cooled slightly.
- Chill for one hour.
- Form small balls out of the chilled mixture and roll in grated coconut, chill again, and then put them into foil cups.
