Snowflakes with a difference – you can eat them! With white chocolate, almonds and desiccated coconut, how could they be anything but delicious?


50 g Fette Croccanti
200 g white chocolate, lactose free
6 tbsp ground almonds
8 tbsp milk, lactose free
2 tbsp cream, lactose free
80 g butter, lactose free
6 tbsp coconut flakes


  • Heat the cream in a bain marie (double boiler), add the butter, and then melt the chocolate in it. Stir well.
  • Break the Fette Croccanti into crumbs, sprinkle with the milk, and mix with the almonds and the chocolate mixture that has cooled slightly.
  • Chill for one hour.
  • Form small balls out of the chilled mixture and roll in grated coconut, chill again, and then put them into foil cups.
