Snackers with smoked salmon
Perfect as a starter or with an aperitif, this Snackers treat will make a great impression at a party or at any celebration. A cream cheese garnish and tasty salmon make for an inviting presentation and sophisticated taste: try it for yourself!
|250 g||young cheese|
|150 g||unsweetened yoghurt|
|a little bit of||dill|
|a little bit of||parsley|
|a little bit of||salt|
|a little bit of||pepper|
|a little bit of||lemon juice|
|100 g||smoked salmon|
- Chop the aromatic herbs.
- Mix the fresh cream cheese with the yoghurt and the lemon juice in a bowl.
- Season the cheese with the chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
- Spread the cream on the Snackers and top with a slice of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with a little dill and a parsley.
Suggestion: horseradish is perfect with the smoked salmon. If you like, you could add a little horseradish cream to the fresh cheese.
