A crispy toast, a handful of shrimps, a boiled egg, some dill and mayo. This super easy and tasty shrimp toast is a Scandinavian classic!


5 slices Pane Casereccio
5 tbsp mayonnaise
250 g ready-to-eat shrimps
3 eggs
1 handful dill
1 pinch/es of salt


  • Toast the bread slices.
  • Boil the eggs for 7 minutes. Slice them.
  • Spread the mayonnaise on the bread.
  • Add the shrimps, slices of boiled egg and dill.
  • Sprinkle with a hint of salt.
