Ricotta-olive oil dough basic recipe
These light and airy German biscuits are perfect for enjoying as a sweet snack, or to pop into a lunchbox for you and your family to enjoy on the go!
|For the dough:|
|200 g||quark (cheese from pasteurized cow's milk)|
|6 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 package||vanilla sugar|
|1 + 1/2 packages||baking powder|
- Preheat the oven to 185°C (top and bottom heat setting) and line a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and, mix together with your hands, until you get a smooth, firm dough.
- Shape the dough however you like, then place in the oven.
