100 g Farina
125 ml hot water
75 g butter
125 g sugar
1 egg

Preparation

  • Mix the sugar, egg and butter. Add the hot water and flour and mix well.
  • Put 3 tablespoons of batter in the waffle iron and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Roll the pastry disks into cones while they are still warm and allow them to cool in a glass.
