Panini rolls with grilled vegetables and mozzarella


Classic: grilled to perfection, inside and out. Simply perfect.


1 package Panini Rolls
½ - 1 courgettes
2 bell peppers
4 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
1 onion
½ aubergine
1 Mozzarella cheese
5 champignons
1 pinch/es of salt and pepper
1 pinch/es of paprika powder
1 tbsp olive oil


  • Bake the Panini Rolls following the instructions on the package for about 5 minutes in the oven at about 200° C.
  • Rinse the vegetables and cut into slices. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  • Add the vegetables and season with a pinch of salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  • Slice the mozzarella, then cut the hot Panini Rolls in half, lengthwise.
  • Stuff the Rolls with the grilled vegetables and distribute the mozzarella over them.
  • Put the Panini Rolls back in the oven for another 3-5 minutes so that the mozzarella melts.

Mmmm, a timeless classic.
