Ingredients

250 g Mix B - Bread-Mix
200 ml water
140 g sugar
2-3 drops vanilla extract
80 g margarine
3 eggs
100 g raisins
40 g candied fruit
5 g dry yeast
or
10 g fresh yeast

Preparation

  • Soak the raisins and the candied fruits for approx. ½ hour in a little rum.
