Here’s another traditional Christmas sweet that you can vary, depending on your taste, by simply choosing a different filling!
|100 g||icing sugar|
|150 g||Mix C - Mix Pâtisserie|
|6 g||baking powder|
|55 g||walnuts, coarsely chopped|
|55 g||dried apricots, roughly chopped|
|55 g||dark chocolate|
|For the garnish:|
- Beat the eggs with the icing sugar, then mix in the butter.
- Add the flour, and previously added baking powder, and work it all together, adding the chopped walnuts, the dried apricots, the dark chocolate and the raisins.
- Pour the dough into a bread pan and bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for 45 minutes.
- Once removed from the oven, let it cool, then turn out onto a plate and spread with melted butter and icing sugar.
