Ingredients

125 g Farina
300 ml milk
1 pinch/es of salt
3 eggs

Preparation

  • Blend all ingredients with an electric beater. Slowly add the milk. Let the dough sit for about 30 minutes.
  • Then pour a portion of the batter into a lightly buttered pan and cook on both sides until the crepe turns a golden colour.

For a savoury filling:

  • Mix grated cheese, salami, peppers cut into cubes, salt and pepper.
  • Put a few tablespoons of the mixture on half of the crepe. Fold the other half over it covering the filling well then sauté for a few minutes on both sides.
