Pancakes (basic recipe)
|1 pinch/es of||salt|
- Blend all ingredients with an electric beater. Slowly add the milk. Let the dough sit for about 30 minutes.
- Then pour a portion of the batter into a lightly buttered pan and cook on both sides until the crepe turns a golden colour.
For a savoury filling:
- Mix grated cheese, salami, peppers cut into cubes, salt and pepper.
- Put a few tablespoons of the mixture on half of the crepe. Fold the other half over it covering the filling well then sauté for a few minutes on both sides.
