A hearty meat broth with delicious thinly-sliced crêpes – the right dish for a stormy winter’s day!

Ingredients

2-3 pancakes
l meat broth
1 tsp parsley, chopped
or
chives
1 pinch/es of nutmeg

Preparation

  • Dilute the stock in water and bring to the boil.
  • Roll out the pancakes and slice thinly.
  • Pour the stock over the pancake slices and sprinkle with parsley or chives.
  • This soup is best served hot!
