Mustard sauce

Mustard sauce


A spicy sauce with the typical mustard flavour.


20 tbsp Farina
20 tbsp butter
1 tbsp mustard powder
1 tbsp lukewarm meat stock
½ cup white vinegar


  • Melt the butter in a pot.
  • Add the flour and mustard and cook over medium heat for a few minutes while stirring constantly.
  • Remove from the heat, add the stock, and stir well.
  • Bring to a boil, add the vinegar, and add more stock if the sauce becomes too thick.
