A spicy sauce with the typical mustard flavour.
|1 tbsp||mustard powder|
|1 tbsp||lukewarm meat stock|
|½ cup||white vinegar|
- Melt the butter in a pot.
- Add the flour and mustard and cook over medium heat for a few minutes while stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat, add the stock, and stir well.
- Bring to a boil, add the vinegar, and add more stock if the sauce becomes too thick.
