A multigrain bun with a Mediterranean flavour.

Ingredients

2 Mehrkornbrötchen
25 g Parma ham
6 cherry tomatoes
1 handful rocket
1 pinch/es of pepper

Preparation

  • Cut the bread roll in half.
  • Rinse the rocket and dry gently.
  • Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
  • On one half of the roll put the Parma prosciutto and tomatoes, then add the rocket.
  • Add a pinch of pepper.
  • Close with the other half of the roll.
