Meisterbäckers Classic with beef and aioli


Bruschette with a twist: The beef aioli loaves with arugula are the perfect snack for all meat lovers. The garlic gives it a southern note.


4 slices Classico del Mastro Panettiere / Classic / Maestro Classic
4 slices Pan Blanco
200 g beef
1 tomato (cut into slices)
4 champignons
2 small courgettes cut in half lengthwise
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch/es of sea salt
1 pinch/es of black pepper
100 g rocket
1 clove of garlic, chopped
5 tbsp mayonnaise


  • Put the beef with tomato, mushrooms, zucchini, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl, season and mix well.
  • First fry the beef in a pan with oil for 3-4 minutes, then add tomatoes, mushrooms and zucchini.
  • Roast the vegetables until lightly browned.
  • Mix the chopped garlic clove with the mayonnaise. Wash the rocket and spin dry.
  • Spread the Meisterbäckser Classic with the garlic mayonnaise.
  • Put on the rocket then layer with the beef and the vegetables.
  • Put on a second Meisterbäckers Classic slice.
