Herb baguettes



500 g Mix B - Bread-Mix
7 g dry yeast
15 g fresh yeast
450 ml lukewarm water
1 tsp basil, chopped
1 tsp chopped rosemary
1 tsp chopped oregano


  • Mix the flour with the yeast, add the herbs and the water, and then knead into a smooth dough is formed.
  • With flour-coated hands, form three rolls of dough and place them on a baking tray that has been covered with greaseproof paper (wax paper).
  • Sprinkle with a little water and leave in a warm place to rise.
  • The dough should approximately double in volume.
  • Slash the top of the baguettes with a sharp knife three times each and bake in a preheated oven.
