Herb baguette



1 package Mini Baguette
a little bit of chives
a little bit of parsley
100 g butter
1 garlic
1 pinch/es of salt


  • To prepare the herb butter, finely chop the chives and parsley, crush the garlic and add everything to the butter.
  • Add a pinch of salt and mix well. Since the butter will be used immediately on the baguette, there is no need for resting time in the refrigerator.
  • Now make diagonal cuts in the baguette and fill them with a generous amount of butter.
  • Heat the baguette in the oven at 200°C for 5-8 minutes, until it becomes a beautiful golden brown colour.
